At JustInTymeSports, we manufacture heavy-duty mini basketball hoops right here in Grand Rapids, Michigan. We want to get your gear to your door fast so you can start dunking, but we also want you to know exactly what to expect when it comes to shipping speeds and hassle-free returns.

Shipping Information

We proudly offer Free Shipping on all standard orders within the contiguous United States! We ship on weekdays using UPS and the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Because of our central location in Michigan, standard delivery reaches most areas of the country within 2–3 business days after processing.

UPS (Preferred Method)

  • Best For: Mini hoop sets, backboards, and larger shipments.

  • Delivery Speed: 2–3 business days nationwide once shipped.

  • Weekend Delivery: UPS may deliver on Saturdays or Sundays in select areas, though weekend service is not guaranteed.

  • ⚠️ Important Note: UPS cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. If you use a P.O. Box at checkout, your order will automatically be routed through USPS.

USPS (Postal Service)

  • Best For: Small parts, single mini basketballs, replacement nets, and individual rims.

  • Delivery Options:

    • First-Class Mail: Available for single balls or net orders. Delivery takes ~2–5 business days.

    • Priority Mail: Great for small multi-item orders. Delivery takes ~2–3 business days.

  • P.O. Boxes: USPS ships to both physical residential addresses and P.O. Boxes.

Returns & Refunds

We build our mini hoops to handle high-flying action, but if something isn't right, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility Guidelines

  • Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of your original delivery date.

  • Condition: Items must be in new, unused condition (the hoop set must not have been assembled, mounted, or played on).

  • Clearance / LTP: Items purchased from our Less-Than-Perfect (LTP) or Clearance section are final sale and not eligible for return.

Restocking Fees & Return Shipping

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • New Condition Returns: May be subject to a restocking fee of up to 10%.

  • Used / Assembled Returns: If accepted, items returned in used condition are subject to a restocking fee of up to 50%.

How to Start a Return

To process your return quickly and ensure your refund is issued smoothly, please follow these steps:

  1. Request Authorization: Contact us via phone or email before sending your item back to request a Return Authorization and return shipping label.

  2. Pack & Ship: Once authorized, package your item securely and send it back to our facility. Returns must arrive at our warehouse within 45 days of original purchase.

  3. Receive Refund: Once received, we process returns within 1–2 business days. Your bank will typically post the refund within 3–5 business days. (Refunds cover product price minus restocking or return shipping fees where applicable).
