I would put these up in my personal home. The hoops will have aesthetic issues such as a scratched backboard, paint, etc. The hoops are still under warranty for their welds. This is the rim found on our Mini Pro Xtreme Hoop Set. The ring is made of 1/2" solid steel powder-coated in orange. The single spring break-away rim lets you slam (Just remember not to hang from your rim)! The rim comes with an 8 loop, white nylon net. We recommend a basketball with a 6-7" diameter for this rim size. The mounting holes are spaced 1-3/8" apart and work best with 1/4" machine screws or bolts. 

This rim is not designed to work with a 1.0 or 2.0 hoop set.
